my home in the center of Naples
2 - 12岁

For short stays or weekend, rent my house! It is a large studio apartment in the heart of the historical center of Naples, behind San Domenico Maggiore square, near the famous Chapel of San Severo, among the ancient Decumans in close proximity to all major transportation (subways, funiculars , ferries and hydrofoils to Capri, Ischia, Procida, train to the Amalfi Coast and Sorrento).
It 'a large studio with a large, high loft, there's my kitchen, equipped like all the kitchens of a good cook, bathroom and large windows. The house can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests (double bed in the sleeping area on the mezzanine and a sofa bed in the living room). At home there is sufficient linens (towels, sheets and blankets), there is no need to bring your own! Not clearly lacks everything that is normally lived in a house: hair dryer, microwave, stereo, TV, dishes, washing machine, heating, etc.).
My house is a second floor without elevator, but the access is extremely comfortable and overlook the courtyard makes it very quiet.
How to reach me:
the house is very close to San Domenico Maggiore Square, the area is easily accessible by the Metro from Central Station ( Montesanto or Piazza Cavour are the two closest stop) or by bus R2, R4, R1 that depart from the Station and walk in Umberto I Street(stop Mezzocannone), or from Capodichino Airport , where the alibus leaving every 20 minutes to the city center (a few minutes walk from the apartment!).
The Funicolars, buses and the Metro, connects the entire city and the airport. Just five minutes away is the port from which ferries and boats depart for the islands of Capri, Ischia and Procida.
My house is in the heart of the historic center of Naples, in the restricted traffic zone, in the most picturesque and charming city! There are so many things to see in the surrounding area on foot (Santa Chiara, the Cathedral, underground Naples ,San Gregorio Armeno Street with its pastors, the Royal Palace, Plebiscito Square, etc.etc.)
And then there are many good pizzerias and trattorias to comfortably walk in the evenings! How could we not have breakfast in the San Domenico Maggiore Square, with the famous puff of Scaturchio!
And for night life (for the younger ones and not only) this is the perfect place: pubs, live music, open-air venues (Bellini Square with all its cafes is around the corner), theaters! Everything is close, will not need to get away!

Daniella is the greatest airbnb hostess I ever have experienced and her flat is just perfect. Can highly recommend!!!

We had a great stay at Daniela's flat. The location is excellent, near the Centro Historico, great pizza on Via del Tribunali, drinks on Piazza Bellini and near Dante metro station. The flat is very comfortable with great facilities, we enjoyed cooking and eating in. Daniela left great tips on things to do and visit and even though she was unable to greet us on this occasion her friend Giulia greeted us and was very helpful. I'd wholeheartedly recommend Daniela's apartment.

Daniela and her friend Francesco were extremely welcoming and helpful. Daniel had a map with a list waiting for us at the flat. It was great discovering Napoli and the region through the good tips of the insiders, you cannot get wrong. Francesco arranged to meet us well before the official check-in time to accommodate us despite our very early flight. He was very generous of his time to explain the map, give his own tips and answer any question we had. Daniela's flat is located in a central and quiet area of the old town, near a good number of the tourist must-sees, the San Domenico Maggiore for the local baba and a good caffee, the Bellini square for a refreshing Spritz or caffe freddo. If you visit Napoli in summer, you will be more than pleased to have the air conditioning in the flat. The flat is at walking distance (8-9mn) to Dante Metro station, connecting to the train station (We bought the 3 days "arte card" including public transportation, trains in the region -to Vesuvio and Pompei- and some museums. Make your calculations to see if that's a good deal for your trip depending on what you plan on doing. Be prepared to walk a fair deal - The flat is on the 4th floor without elevator, which was mentioned in the add and which is often the case in the old buildings of the old town. (We did not explore other options than metro and ended up walking 19km on the first day) and plan good shoes for the irregularly -and sometimes slippery -paved streets of the old town!). When planning your trip, watch out as some of the main museums are closed on Tuesdays.) Another tip we can give is to always allow more turnaround time when queuing is involved (if you plan a trip to Capri for example).. and take it with a smile. Now enjoy Napoli as much as we did! I cannot think of anything negative about Daniela's flat or the swift and friendly communications we had with her and with Francesco.

Daniella is a very sweet, thoughtful, and communicative host and an all-around great person. When you stay in this apartment, you have the experience of being in her home, which she has decorated with care. The location is ideal for exploring Naples -- in a quiet yet very central, safe complex right next to the church of San Severo and the Piazza San Domenico Maggiore. My favorite part of her apartment is her kitchen which is fully equipped with wonderful supplies to prepare a meal. I had to work for a day while I was there and can say that the wifi is fast and reliable (which for me is extremely important.) The only detail that I think should be considered is that the AC unit is only in the bedroom. I was in Naples during an unbearably hot week, so it was difficult being in other parts of the apartment without access to AC. In addition, in order to use this system, you have to empty the water from it after a number of hours which takes a bit of time. I would recommend Daniella's apartment though for sure-- because the average traveller will probably not spend much time there and it is a beautiful refuge after a long day of exploring. Thank you Daniella for your hospitality!
Hi Natasha! thanks for everything. I was happy to meet you. Regarding to air conditioning, it is not true that there is only in the bedroom: the house is an open space, with a double bed on the mezzanine. I was too focused on giving you the right directions on the city and how to turn it around best and I forgot to tell you how to adjust the air conditioner: the conditioner (very powerful and high-tech Daikin) has the flap adjustment not only down, but even sideways, just to direct the fresh air and distribute it throughout the house! It is also possible to increase the fan function to optimize the uniform distribution of fresh air throughout the home area. Anyway, I'm glad you've been home. Kind regards. I hope to meet you again soon. Daniela

My parents stayed in the place and left this message : It's just perfect ! Daniela and Ricardo are the perfect hosts as we wish to find. The apartment is very well organised in an excellent location. To anyone who is looking for a place to stay, go on! it's a really good choice. Thanks so much Daniela and Ricardo, for sure we'll meet again.

Daniela simply is a very nice person, also very communicative and helpful. The apartment is super clean and everything I needed was available and superbly located. It should be noted that the internet connection at Daniela's place is super fast unlike other places in Italy. Moreover Daniela gave me a map of Napoli and a note of recommendations, such as restaurants, sites, etc, which was very helpful to me. I visited some of the restaurants, pizzerias and sites which I wouldn't visit without Daniela's recommendation simply because I wouldn't know the places. I am very happy to stay at Daniela's apartment. Akira,

Daniela's AirBnB is simply outstanding. Really, you only need know three things: 1) Daniella is a wonderful host - superb communicator, very informative, flexible, and only a phone call or text away. 2) The flat is as unique and beautiful as the photo's show - Daniella's an architec - with all mod con's. 3) The location is perfect for exploring the sights, sounds, and tastes of Naples. For our three day stay, there was nothing more we could have wished for. We are looking forward to coming back.
Thank you Lucia, thanks Forrest ... I sincerely hope to meet you again! Daniela

Ciao!
