A cozy apartment in the middle of Södermalm (Stockholms inner city hipster haven). Eat, explore, drink och sight-see right around the corner while being just 150 m away from all public transportation and the nearest nightclub.
It's a shared apartment but I work evenings and nights, so most of the time you'll have the apartment for yourself :)
Cheers! // Ruben
The apartment is a 55 sqm (small and functional), 1 bedroom apartment. It has a fully functional small kitchen. A nice, cozy living room and a big bedroom. It has a separate shower and lavatory. Tv, Netflix, WIFI and multi-room speaker system (smartphone needed) if you want to have some music while hanging at home :)
The bedroom is around 20 Sqm with a big 160cm bed (queen size) and another 90cm air mattress can be arranged if you are a group of friends, or you have your children with you :)
Kitchen: The area right next to the kitchen is closed of with a roomdivider with a 120 cm bed (that's where I sleep the few times I'm at home) , it has a stove, fridge and basic condiments for you to use :)
My routines: Most days I wake up around 09 in the morning and don't get home until around 23 a´clock, so the apartment is basically there just for you to use and rest in. When home i'll be happy to talk about nice spots to visit and any other questions you have, totally depends on how much interaction you prefer :)
If you have any questions, send me a text and i'll be happy to answer - I wouldn't want you to stay unless you go home feeling it's a 5-star on every point :)
My house is your house, so all areas are for you to use as long as you treat the apartment well :)
Some stuff that are available, just in case you wonder:
- Swedish breakfeast (it's the total opposite of the american one) ;)
(Youghurt, Müsli, bread, butter, cheese and coffe/tea)
- Climbing gear for two peeps (Harness, rope, Quickdraws, etc) The only thing climbers need to bring are their shoes :)
- Beach towels and beach fun stuff (Volleyball, inflatable rings, etc). All that you need for a fun day at the beach or park
- Mobile router for all you far away guests with roaming costs.
- Awesome spirit collection (feel free to take in moderation) :)
Co-living with someone I haven't met before is still a bit new but all the more exciting as it goes on; what is a stranger if not a friend you haven't met yet hey?
When available I have no problems either showing you the nice Stockholm spots on a map, or in person. When at home I will usually hang around the TV, read a comic book or do a bit of web development
As you would at home. Other than that:
- No loud music after 22:00 (the neighbours..)
- Hygienic (good for both your and my well-being ;)
AND, have a great stay and hope to meet you :)
