Double five hostel is located in soi Thonglor 6 which is 10 min walk from Thonglo BTS. We are a 4 storey high town home turned into a small hostel, which has altogether 14 rooms. Thonglo is famous for concept restaurant and bars especially at night.
Our hostel is cozy type apartment located on Thonglor 6 which is off Sukhumvit 55. It is 10 minutes walk to Thonglor sky train station and within walking distance to some of Bangkok's top bistros, bars and restaurants. Our apartment is also 10 minutes walk to Samitivej hospital, one of Thailand's leading private hospitals. One of Bangkok's newest shopping malls, Emquartier is 1 train station stop away. The perfect place to call home for just a weekend or long term.

- If your main purpose to stay here is to transit to the Samitivej hospital and you have patient along with you please let us know in advance.
- This rate of stay is subjected to electricity and water bill. Please help us turn off all electricity and water everything before you leave the apartment. If we found out massive usage of electricity or water during the stay, penalty charges of 1,500 baht will applied. Massive usage of electricity is for example; 24-hour usage of the air-conditioner, or leaving the room with all light switched on.
1)Check in time between 14:00-18:00. Anytime beyond this period needs to be acknowledged with the property prior to booking. Please follow instructions agreed during booking.
2)Check out time is before 12:00pm. Any time after this period needs to be acknowledged with the property owner prior to booking. Please follow instructions agreed during booking.
3)Be considerate and respectful to all other residents and staff at the property
4)Guest will be issued with a set(s) of keys and access card to the apartment at the arrival. These must be return at the check-out. Failure to return keys and card, guest will be charged.
5)Ensure that the property is kept in the same condition as when checked in
6)Save energy where possible. Switch off air conditioning, lights and electrical devices when leaving the property at all times. This applies to water utilities too. Should this not be complied, charges/penalties apply (no less than 1 night charge).
7)Only registered guests are allowed to use the property's facilities (i.e. pool, fitness gym). Please check the opening and closing times at the respective facilities before use.
8)Follow the respective property's rules when using the common area.
9)Guests will be issued with a set(s) of keys and access card to the property upon arrival and must be returned upon check-out. Failure to return keys and card will be subject to penalty up to 1,000 baht.
10)Smoking or any usage of illegal drugs is prohibited in the apartment. Any illegal activities by the guest will be prosecuted according to the law.
11)Pets are restricted in the property.
12)All belongings of the property MUST NOT are taken out at all times.
13)All snacks and beverages in the refrigerator are complimentary (if available)
14)Guests will be responsible for any damage that occurred at the property during the stay. Wear and tear any properties in the property must be reported when checked in.
15)Property owner and KSN management will not be responsible for any damage or loss to guest belongings, injury or death during the stay.
16)Property owner reserves the rights to deploy guests from the property should there be any complaints from other residents or any reported inappropriate behavior without compensation. Penalties may apply.
17)Property owner will not be responsible for any of the guests' belongings after check out.
