When you first walk in to our house you will be amazed by the beautiful water views.
Downstairs we have a cosy theatre room with a large 65” smart TV. It has a 3 seater lounge with 2 recliners and 2 single recliners.
Open living dining area with log fire gas heater. Plenty of room to spread out and read a book or just chill.
The kitchen is recently renovated and has a huge induction stove top and large oven. The pantry is large enough to store your groceries with some complimentary groceries to get you started. It also has a dishwasher and large double fridge with water and ice dispenser.
The laundry has a washing machine and clothes dryer. There is also an outside clothes line.
Just off the laundry is an extra toilet and shower.
The open lounge and dining room with wall to ceiling windows look out over the huge canals and off to the ocean. For the winter months there is a big gas log fire place to keep you cosy!
The glass stacking doors lead out to our outdoor dining area and an undercover lounge area overlooking the water. This is secured with glass pool fencing . On the canal edge you can just sit and admire the boats and dolphins or try fishing (rods and lines supplied). Lovely quiet street with no through traffic.
We also leave a complimentary breakfast basket to get you started Feel free to use any items from the pantry 😛

Parking is available directly at the front of our house .
*** Please note that it is a Strata property, therefore the front is shared by houses 91 and 89.
They may also water the front garden running along the wall at times. •••

We are only minutes away from Busselton with its amazing beaches and beautiful foreshore with the iconic 2km jetty. Fishing in our waters are one of the best. We have caught many large fish in the area.
Just a short stroll from our house brings you to a great children’s beach and oval.
The marina and restaurant is only a 2 min drive around the canals .
Busselton has so much to offer with restaurants , casual eateries, cinema , playgrounds, shopping etc. It is only a short drive to the Margaret River Wineries, chocolate factory, boutique breweries , animal farms and quaint little towns like Cowaramup and Witchcliff. Don’t forget to visit Caves House at Yallingup and do much more.
