Located right in the heart of Valletta, this lovely boutique apartment is situated in an old house which has been transformed into apartments. The house has been restored to its original splendor and all original features have been kept.
This second floor apartment features original stone work, old patterned tiles and a twist of modern furniture and features. It comprises of a combined kitchen/living area with sofa bed, one large double bedroom and one large bathroom with double sinks.
The apartment comes with air-conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen including fridge, electric cooker, electric oven, kettle and toaster. The living/kitchen area provides a breakfast bar, a sofa bed and a flat screen TV for entertainment. WiFi is available free of charge. Overall a very cosy apartment with high quality furnishing.
The property is central and minutes away from all Valletta attractions. Just a couple of minutes away one can fine the Auberge d'Aragon, Independence Square, St Paul's Anglican Cathedral, Carmelite Church and the Manoel Theatre.

Parking - You can park your car in our street (West Street / Triq il-Punent) or just round the corner on the ring road (St. Sebastian Street / Triq San Bastjan) just before entering into West Street.
The parking bays in Valletta are color coded in three colors, namely green (for residents, 24 hours a day), blue (for residents and visitors from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., and for residents only from 7 p.m. to 8 a.m.) and white (for all, residents and visitors alike, 24 hours a day). Do not park on yellow bays as these are reserved.
We will personally check you in and out of the property. If your plane lands after 19:00 or for some reason we cannot be there in person we have an automated check in process (secured entrance with door codes and card readers) that will allow you to check in by yourself (such details will be shared after booking takes place).
In the apartment you will find an easy user manual guide which should answer all your questions in relation to the apartment and the building. If the answers of your questions are not in the manual just contact us on the contact details provided.
We will be more than happy to provide you with more general information about Valletta and Malta such as places to see, what to do, what is currently happening on the island and our recommendations on restaurants and bars. Just contact us prior or during your stay on the contact details provided.
Please note that the sofa bed is ideal for medium size adults and kids.
If you wish for us to arrange for a taxi driver to pick you up at the airport please advise us and this can be provided.
Check in is at 15:00 CET and check out is at 11:00 CET. If you need to check-in earlier or check-out later please check with us and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
Smoking in the apartment and in the building is strictly prohibited. The whole building including the apartment are equipped with a fire/smoke alarm system for your protection. Smoking in the building or in the apartment will trigger the alarm.
The apartment can accommodate 4 guests. We can also provide a cot free of charge upon request.
The apartment will be cleaned and prepared prior to your arrival. We will provide you with fresh bed linen and towels per stay. If you would like the apartment to be cleaned during your stay we can provide the service. Please note that towels provided are not for beach use.
If you need laundry services please let us know 24 hours in advance.
It is expected that you leave the property in a clean and tidy order. Basic level of cleanliness is required on your departure - cooker and oven are clean and fat-free; crockery, cutlery, pots and pans are washed/dried and put away.
The building is equipped with CCTV cameras for your security and protection however guests are required to always close the apartment door and building door at all times. Insurance does not cover burglary with unlocked doors.
We reserve the right to enter the property and inspect the apartment anytime within reasonable hours, due to issues such as but not limited to maintenance and housekeeping. Guests will always be notified prior such visit/inspection. If the visit/inspection is necessary over the stay, we will do our best to avoid any inconvenience this might cause to the guest.
No pets are allowed in the apartment or in the building.
Please respect the environment by not wasting energy or water.
Bathroom: No solid products apart from toilet paper should be flushed at any time since these can clog the drainage system.
I am a full time mummy and a part time property administrator. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and travelling. I really enjoy the summer months of Malta as in this period I entertain myself by going to the beach. I also enjoy good food hence am a good cook and enjoy dining out.
