Captain Hardy Smith was a resident of Dublin and served in the Civil War. Built in 1873, his home in Dublin is the oldest residence on it's original location. It is currently being restored as a museum for all war veterans of Laurens County. The room is decorated with Civil War memorabilia and features a king-size bed, private bath with shower, cable TV, Free WiFi, writing desk, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, and antique amenities. Located on the second floor.
