The one-bedroom apartment is sunny and spacious, about 750 sq ft, in Midwood / Kensington area of Brooklyn. Equidistant to the Q & B and F trains. 40 min to lower Manhattan, 10 min to Prospect Park, 20 min to Park Slope & Brighton Beach.
Apartment was good for an 8 night stay while seeing the sites of NYC. It was close to a subway stop which meant we could be in Manhattan in about 40 minutes. Apartment is older but in a peaceful area with lots of greenery. My only complaint is there was a good amount of clutter in the place, with a lot of stuff just shoved in the corner. It felt like we randomly walked into someone else's personal area they were currently living in and took it over. I think it could be setup better to feel more inviting by investing in some storage solutions.
It was a very nice stay with Johnny. The apartment is very convenient with subway and located in a quite quiet area. Deli shops, laundry are very close. The bedroom is cozy with enough space. Johnny's cat is very friendly and easy going and always hungry :-) I have to mention it, because of my mistake we left one day earlier than planned, Johnny was so generous to refund the fee. It was a good choice.
