Blanca's place is an excellent Airbnb that is ideally located in the Santa Cruz neighborhood near the Real Alcazar and the Seville Cathedral. Despite being in a tourist heavy area, it feels hidden and private enough to escape it all when needed.
Her place has a nice little courtyard with a small pool where she generously lays out a breakfast setting for you every morning. Breakfast was included and has granola, cereal flakes, yogurt, breads, meats, jams, fruit, coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice (delicious!) and a variety of teas. She also graciously offers to cook eggs for you as well for breakfast. She also offered us a cold glass bottle of water to keep in our room during the stay, which was gladly excepted.
She seems to have 3 rooms for Airbnb-ers, labeled "A", "B", and "C". Each room has their own bathroom. We stayed in "B" which was the only room with a detached bathroom. The room was very clean and overlooked the courtyard below. Note that her place is multi-leveled and the rooms are located on the 3rd floor (assuming the 1st floor is the ground floor). Keep this in mind if you have difficulty climbing steps.
She has the rooms and bathrooms professionally cleaned before new guests arrive.
The bathroom was very clean and the water pressure was good. She provides bath towels as well as beach towels (for use in the courtyard if you want to lounge by the pool).
There is also a rooftop that you can go out onto, but mostly it's an area where she does her laundry, so it's not meant to lounge around at.
She will give you a key for the front door and one for your room.
She also was happy to provide directions, suggestions, and other information about Seville when asked.
I've stayed in a good number of Airbnbs and so far, Blanca's place is the best. I highly recommend her place to anyone who is looking to visit Seville, Spain!
