ID VERIFICATION: All guests must present valid government issued ID at time of check-in.
SAME DAY BOOKINGS: Guest must allow at least 2 hours between booking the house and checking in if the booking is made after standard check-in time (4pm).
EARLY CHECK IN/OUT: MAY be available for an additional fee of $125 if the calendar allows (for check-outs to 1:00pm, and check-ins to 3:00pm).
Any check-in before 1pm require the house be booked for an additional night. (The night previous to your check-in date)
Any check-outs after 3pm require the house be booked for an additional night. (The night after your check-in date)
QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours 10pm - 9am
PARTIES/EVENTS/GATHERINGS: Any parties, events, and/or gatherings must be approved in advance. Rental rates may increase based on the nature of the event and number of guests.
FILMING: The rate for filming is $100 per hour.
PARKING PASSES : There is a charge of $200 for parking passes that are not returned at the time of checkout. Each subsequent day the pass is not returned will invite a $1000 fee. THAT IS ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS PER WEEK UNTIL THE PASS IS RETURNED!!
THIS IS NON-NEGOTIABLE
CLEANLINESS: Be respectful of my property. Do not leave a giant mess, tons of trash around the house, cigarette butts all over the backyard, etc.
TRASH: Trash day is Tuesday. If you are staying at the house on a Tuesday please put the trash bins in the street so they will be picked up. Failure to take out the trash may result in a fine.
DAMAGE: If you damage something please let me know immediately to avoid being charged. If I find that something is damaged or missing after the fact you will be charged.
LONG TERM RENTALS: For reservations lasting 28 days or longer guests MAY be required to pay utilities themselves, this includes, but is not limited to; Water, Gas, Electricity, and Internet.
SMOKING INDOORS: Prohibited
MINIMUM AGE: No renters under 25 years of age
HOLIDAY/SPECIAL EVENT RATES: Higher price per night and longer minimum nightly stays may apply during holidays, special events, and prime season months.
RENTAL CONTRACT REQUIRED: A rental contract will be emailed to you and must be signed, dated, and emailed back before check-in.
