Close to the largest park in Paris and the famous canal de l'Ourcq. 15 mins in subway from Montmartre. A splendid design apartment very calm and sunny.
My spacious apartment (45 sqm) is located on the 4th floor (with elevator) in a new building (2010). Extremely bright, it has two rooms with wood floors, both bordered by a large and flowered balcony (10 sqm) overlooking a private garden. Oriented south west, it can enjoy a romantic breakfast or a nice drink with friends, both with sunlight. Quiet rare in Paris!
In detail, my apartment has a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, ceramic hob, oven, kettle, toaster, juicer and steamer) and a bedroom with a bed for 2 people (1m60) with mattress shape memory and storage. The living room has a large sofa with chaise (to enjoy the sun bathes the apartment), a large flat-screen TV 4K (with a USB socket), a DVD player, a broadband internet and wifi and a sound bar you can connect to an iPod or iPhone on bluetooth. The large bathroom has a long bath where you can also take a shower, a washing machine and a separate toilet area. Very modern, the apartment also has a secure video phone access and excellent sound insulation giving it a lot of calm. Only the birds will wake you up in the morning !
Located a few meters from Laumière subway, in the most lively and safe neighborhood in the 19th arrondissement of Paris, my apartment is located between the Parc des Buttes-Chaumont and the Canal de l'Ourcq. Buttes-Chaumont (100m), the largest park in Paris is very popular for running and favorite place for Parisians who enjoy picnic when the weather is nice. On the other side, the canal de l'Ourcq (200m) is the appointment of walkers at the water's edge and bowls enthusiasts. In addition, this area is full of shops typically Parisian with its fishmonger, butchers, cheese store and its one of the best Parisian bakeries, all located just a few meters from the apartment.
By taking the Laumière metro (line 5), you are 15 minutes from the lively city neighborhoods (Montmartre, Chatelet-Les Halles, Bastille) and only 10 minutes from the Gare du Nord, where the RER B passes that serves both Paris airports, Roissy CDG and Orly.
Don't hesitate to contact me if you need any further information regarding Paris, transportation, restaurants, etc.
My cat use to live there with me the rest of the time. So maybe if you're really allergic to cat, it won't be the perfect place for you... (Even if it will be perfectly clean)
No smoking except on the balcony.
Keep it as clean as you found it!
