A comfy two bedroom, one bathroom apartment in a gated apartment complex in the heart of Lake Chapala. 10 min. walk from the Malecon and all main attractions.
The apartment is very comfy, but please note that they are not at all luxurious! It comes with amenities that are necessary for a comfortable stay, but do not count with amenities like air conditioner, heater, electronics like hair dryer...
This apartment is located in the town of Chapala, very safe and secluded since its in the back complex. The kitchen counts with basic appliances
Please note that Chapala has beautiful weather year round and we try our best to keep insects at bay by fumigating every six months. That being said, the weather here is tropical so insects will roam around the town and will inevitably get into the home if doors/windows/screens are left open.
Guest have access to the spacious patio and are welcome to pick fruits from the trees
Lupita lives a block away, so if you ever come across any problems she will be there to solve them. I can also be reached by phone or email incase you have any special requests
We purchased the basic wifi package from an internet provider in Mexico. That being said, you will be able to efficiently do things like roam the web, sign in to social media, post photos, listen to music, use (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN), check emails. But I do not recommend you download or stream movies on the web since this seems to really slow down the signal. We provide with a DVD and movies if you feel like having a movie night at home :)
