Thanks for your feedback Dave! I'm happy that the overall experience was good. I wanted to reply on the negative things mentioned: Me and my brother are the owners of the place. It is not a hotel. Our licence (from the organization of Tourism) is "Rooms and Furnished Apartments for rental". Everyone in Greece booking through airbnb needs a licence from the organization of tourism. Also, it is written on airbnb, that the studio is part of an apartment compex that shares a pool and all the amenities. Most airbnbs does not offer such amenities (everyday housekeeping, cleaning personnel until the evenings, receptionist, pool bar , free use of the gym, etc). So, I believe that the services that we provide are extras and not negative points. The pool towels are provided in the room for every guest (free of charge of course) and they are changed every 2 days free of charge of course. this is a free extra service that we provide to our guests. If someone needs more towels that these, and wanted to get them from the pool bar, yes , they are paid extra. Also the location of the resort is well written on the airbnb listing (in 2 different sections is noted the music/noise from the beach parameter). All the above are well presented on the airbnb listing, on the House Rules accepted before booking and on the rental agreement signed. We have included as much info as possible, so everyone that is interested to book with us, has a clear idea of the premises.
Also, our drinks are the best quality drinks that you can find on the island. The alcohol is pure and the materials (fruits , super foods, etc) are bought daily to provide the best quality drinks and food. The service that we provide in our pool bar is the service that someone can find in luxury hotels (orders, service, snacks , etc). The prices at other resorts (similar to ours) are far more expensive and this can be proven. The drinks that you can find in a beach bar might be more cheap but the quality and service cannot be compared in any way.
