Spacious, modern apartment in the most artistic and bohemian central district of Tbilisi.
The house where you will stay belongs to a building ensemble that represents one of the best examples of early 20th century Art Nouveau architecture in Tbilisi. The main building’s fabulous Art Nouveau façade, decorated with lush stucco molding, and its Baroque style painted entrance hall, have acquired notoriety in Tbilisi. Passing the doorway, you’ll find yourself in a cozy and calm courtyard with carved balconies, a little bridge and stairs charmingly enlaced with clotheslines in a typical Tbilisi way. Get through the yard, walk upstairs to the third floor of the side wing, and you’re welcome to a newly renovated, cozy and clear apartment with a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a neat bedroom, a smaller room and a clean bathroom.

For the convenience of other users, please refrain from smoking inside. You can smoke outside on the platform or in the courtyard while enjoying the view on one of Tbilisi’s most picturesque courtyards.
We also expect our guests to be respectful towards our neighbors and to reduce the noise level at night. There are numerous 24/7 restaurants, cafés and clubs in the vicinity where to go for party, while our apartment is located in a quiet courtyard.
We also would request our guests to turn off lights and electronic appliances (especially air conditioning) and close windows when leaving the apartment.
