Christina is very cooperative and easy to deal with. She hears what you may need and makes sure you have it. The bed is very comfortable. If you plan to be using the sofa in the living room make sure Christina knows about it and ask her to leave you the bedding for the sofa. You can walk everywhere, it is a very nice area with easy transportation anywhere and lots of places to eat. If you are looking for a small and cozy place on the Upper West Side, this one is perfect.
Cristina's place is clean, neat, charming, & in a great location. She was the perfect balance of helpful & attentive while giving us privacy for our stay. I loved the decor & feel of her home & neighborhood. It's a great jump off point for NYC adventures. During our visit, it would have been preferable to have more fridge space, in order to bring in a few groceries for our stay, so future guests may want to plan or inquire with Cristina about this in advance. Although there are ample delicious food options literally outside her door, eating out every meal is a cost to factor in while traveling. Wonderful experience overall. Cristina was a being a great hostess & particularly patient as I navigated booking challenges. She was also very LGBTQ friendly!
Christina was very helpful and the apartment is comfy and in a great location. Easy walk to the subway #2 or #3 express lines downtown. Neighborhood seemed very safe (although going 3 blocks east to Amsterdam was a bit dicey late in the evening). She has internet TV, which means no "network channels" as far as I could tell (I am technologically challenged!). And I got to see a movie I had meant see - which was cool.
We really enjoyed this beautiful apartment in New York City. Cristina was an incredible host and made sure we had a wonderful stay. It was really close to Central Park and transportation using the subway. The neighborhood was also perfect, on a quiet street with many places to eat close by. We definitely recommend it.
