Little Italy and Little Portugal, Trendy Queen West within walking distance. 24-hour public transit (15 min to downtown). 10 min walk to subway. Food, coffee, mall within 500m. Laundry next door.
Simple Breakfast included. Free street parking. $6/day parking - 1 minute away (please read the description). Technically can accommodate 4 people, it will be quite tight though. Please check the pictures.
This is a 3-bedroom apartment. The bedrooms are on the ground floor, the kitchen, living room, and a bathroom is in the lower level.
The space is pretty huge with even higher ceilings (10 feet if it tells you anything). Cooking facilities in a spacious kitchen together with a living room which features a table and a couch. The house is a hundred years old with its own character and a very good water heating system. Newly renovated last summer, with freshly painted walls and hardwood floors.
P.S. The window faces the street so you should expect some level of street noise from cars. Might be an issue for light sleepers. It is totally not an issue for me, but I can always provide ear plugs.
P.P.S. The room technically can accommodate 4 people, but it will be really tight
PARKING: Street parking is free on College street from 6.30pm until 8am and all day on Sunday. At day time street parking is free on any of the side streets on the block (some have 1 hour limit, please always check the signs). As an option there is a paid parking lot for $6 per 24 hours only 100m away from my house.
Always read signs when parking.
You will be able to access your room (obviously), living room, bathroom, kitchen and the storage rooms. Basically anywhere besides other bedrooms.
Most of the time I will be available to assist you during your stay. You will be meeting me upon arrival, and most likely departure. Always available on the phone and text messaging.
The bathroom and the kitchen are in the lower level so you will have to go up and down. Good to lose some calories and stay in shape, bad if you have some health related movement restrictions.
There is free tea and coffee, also cereals and toasts with jam and peanut butter are available for breakfast.
No smoking inside.
Please keep your shoes off.
