This apartment has the benefit of a separate study and is in a fantastic location, close to everything Sydney has to offer. Great local restaurants, cafés and bars. It is easy to walk to the city, or catch a bus on William St.
Darlinghurst is a vibrant area that's close to Sydney's CBD, harbour and many of the attractions Sydney has to offer, yet it has its own village-like feel with plentiful local restaurants and bars.
The spacious apartment has been totally renovated and has a separate study, making it a great choice for business executives.
City Gym is across the road which is very handy, but sadly you will have to pay to use their facilities.
Mostly by email.
This is my home and I love it. I've spent a great deal of time (and money) renovating it and have filled it with very high quality fittings, furnishings and appliances. For this reason I do need to impose some rules:
Regrettably, the apartment is not suitable for children under 12.
Absolutely no smoking in the apartment (although smoking on the balcony is permitted).
Sorry, but no pets.
This is a home, not a party house, so no more than six people (ie four guests) are permitted in the apartment at any one time and, being a home, no commercial activity of any kind is allowed within the apartment.
We like and respect our neighbours so no loud music please, and please keep all sound levels down after 10pm.
I am a sculptor and moved to Australia from the UK in 1989 and have 2 adult children.
I like simple comfortable design that works from an aesthetic, spatial and functional point of view.
I love the flat as is so handy to everything - it is just seven minutes walk across the Domain to The Art Gallery and there are regular buses to the City Centre. The local night-life is vibrant and there are many bars and restaurants to choose from.
