The monumental 18th century merchants house Casa de las Cuatro Torres is one of the highlights of Cadiz' baroque architecture. The patio is very original and has maintained the architectonical features of early 18th century Gaditan baroque. The stairway has maintained it's original splendor with high ceilings and marble stairs. The apartment itself has been renovated to modern standards.
At the 3rd floor of the monumental building of the Casa de las Cuatro Torres (18th century) you find the apartment, with a view to the Plaza Arguelles and the bay of Cadiz. Located in the historic centre of Cadiz (Barrio de San Carlos) with all the touristic highlights within a walking distance the 140m2 apartment gives you a perfect base to enjoy the old city, the splendid beaches and the cultural (night)-life of this beautiful historic city. Located between the Plaza Espana, the Alameda and the Plaza Mina you are at the middle of the bay side era, with nice restaurants, bars and Flamenco venues on a walking distance. The Playa de la Caleta is at a 20 minutes walk and the big beaches of the modern part of the city are connected by bus.
The building has a traditional patio with marble floors and a monumental staircase (no elevator). The apartment has modern furniture, with two bedrooms with a double bed and a room with a bed couch. Beside there is the study with an interesting library and a single bed. The living room has a hi-fi set, television and Wifi. The kitchen, with a fridge, washing machine, oven and a four-burner gas stove is fully equipped. The bathroom has a bath and bidet. On the roof you find a 30m2 roof terrace, with splendid views on the old city and the bay of Cadiz. The rent includes linen and towels.
