Thank you for your comments. We always try to do our best to satisfy every customer and sometimes it just isn't a good fit. We are hard working to make CASA LOBO to an special and unique place .We clean up and check our rooms constantly before new guests arrives. Apart Casa Lobo has an daily cleaning service upon request except. Saturday. All our walls a new painted from artists and our sheets are brand new. If there was a real concern about the cleanses of the room or the sheets why these guests never was talking to us to fix the problems or move it to another room? Also there was no request to clean the room next day. Contrarily this guest not followed our rules and moved furniture beds from downstairs to the 1. floor without permission. Damaging our new painted walls. As per the “crickets, spiders, and other bugs”, being in the middle of the nature, it is unavoidable to have some insects (although totally harmless), even if the rooms and bathrooms are cleaned every day.
