Gorgeous two bedroom duplex apartment, on the ground floor of an independent building dating back to the 18th Century, completely renovated and nestled in a quiet private street in the heart of the city, at a few steps from Piazza del Plebiscito.
The apartment opens up onto a very spacious day area with two large windows, a comfortable couch, a design armchair, a small pellet fireplace, TV stereo CD with iPod and iPhone connection and a modern and fully equipped open plan kitchen, behind which a finely lacquered sliding door leads to a laundry area with washing machine and fridge, from which you can access a spacious bathroom with shower.
A glass staircase leads to the upper floor, where the sleeping area is located. An anteroom giving access to the bedrooms has a transparent glass flooring to the living room below and is decorated with Tatafiore drawings. The two double bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, closets, a desk, original floorings dating back to the 19th Century, TV (one of which is hidden behind a dark glass when it’s off) and decorations with fabrics by the artist De Simone. The second bathroom is fitted with Jacuzzi and cromotherapy.
The apartment is officially accessible from Via Monte di Dio, but the tenants can also enter the apartment from private staircases in Via Calascione, which lead directly to Piazza dei Martiri and to Chiaia Riviera.
Children under 10 are not allowed in the house for safety reasons.
