Designed by one of Port Douglas' leading architects to reflect his passion for boats, it is situated in the famed Golden Triangle between Port Douglas' premier locations - Four Mile Beach and Macrossan Street. With less than a minute’s stroll to the beach or Macrossan Street's restaurants and less than a 5 minute stroll to the Marina and the gateway to the Great Barrier Reef, this is a highly sought after and unique location that not only offers a quiet setting for a good night's sleep and relaxation but also remains so close to all that Port Douglas has to offer.

The large living area has stunning high ceilings, furnished with a designer chaise lounge, flat screen TV, stereo system and DVD Player. The private balcony which flows from the living area, looks out over a fringe of tropical vegetation; with a small outdoor setting it is the perfect spot for breakfast with the birds, an afternoon drink or cooking a barbeque on your own Weber Q barbeque. Branching off the living area is a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a six seat glass dining setting. Newly tiled floors and an entry foyer that has a vaulted ceiling and a sweeping staircase up to the levels beyond make this a truly premium holiday offering.

All rooms are fully air conditioned, with both bedrooms featuring a private ensuite and built in robes. The guest bedroom on level one has two king single beds can be zipped to make a king size bed, making this the ideal getaway for couples. The master bedroom, with queen size bed, is situated on the second level and has the added luxury of a spa bath. It has shutters that open up the room to the sweeping ceilings of the living area below and the gardens beyond. A fifth guest can be accommodated on a rollaway bed in the living room which is also serviced by the powder room. The Guest(s) and all other occupants or visitors of the Property will comply with all Body Corporate by-laws and rules applicable to the Property of which regulate the behaviour of occupants of the Property. The Guest(s) and all other occupants and visitors of the Property will not create or permit any noise or other nuisance to occur within or emanate from the Property. Failure to comply with Body Corporate by-laws or rules or the creation or occurrence of noise or other nuisance in or from the Property, may result in the termination of your reservation of the Property and your removal from the Property. This apartment was very spacious and clean with a very functional and well appointed kitchen. The position is amazing, so close to the beach and a number of great places to eat. We stayed as a family and found it very easy to walk to everything and were given great advice on lots of things to see and do by Jeremy. Very happy with our choice.

We loved our time at Adam's place. We spent five nights here. It's perfectly located, a stones throw from the beach (which we visited every day for a walk and swim) and a short stroll to the restaurants and shops. Karen and Jeremy were really helpful and gave us lots of recommendations when we checked in which was great as it was our first time in Port Douglas. They were happy to let us hang on for a couple of hours while we waited for our airport shuttle which was really kind. I'd highly recommend this place and if we're ever back in Port Douglas we'd happily stay here again. Thanks for everything!

Our stay in the sunseeker Apartment was beautiful. Very close to Macrossen Street and beach. Pool was lovely. The apartment is just as it is in the photos. Would definitely stay here again.

This place can't be beat for combination of location, size, comfort, and ease of check in/out. It was an easy walk to all the shops of Port Douglas, as well as the marina, and an even easier walk (across the street) to the beach! The hosts were outstanding and provided a wealth of information and recommendations, all of which turned out great. We were two friends traveling together and having our own spaces in the house as well as ample common areas (indoor and outdoor) was fabulous. I cannot recommend this location enough!
