Unique Two Room Top Floor Flat with a huge terrace and a great view.
Center of Berlin is easily reachable in 15 to 20 Minutes. Prenzlauer Berg is across the street.
Wooden Floors, Bath with a view and all necesseties.
This is a real unique top floor flat with a great view and a great atmosphere..
The Livingroom/Kitchen Area has a unique view as it has a complete glassfront. The floors are natural wood, The Bath is very tasteful and has a window in the roof pitch. The same goes for the sleeping chamber.
It is not in the heart of berlin, but you can be there real fast. It takes you about 20 Minutes to Alexanderplatz. The tram/train-station is only 2 minutes away.
I'll leave all the necessities in the flat.
That means : Fridge, Dishwasher, Comfy Chair , normal chair, table, a bed, kitchen utilities for two, Towels, washing machine, DSL 50000(fast internet).
The pictures are not current, the walls are now white (skim ?).
And please note: because I'm moving out, I will only leave the mentioned things in the flat or will get some replacement for things that are missing from the list after my move. If the place is not rented by the time I move out, I will update the pictures soon after.
If you need some small adjustments to the list of things, please let me know. I'd be happy to work something out.
You will have your own key and I'd be happy to give you recommendations about the surrounding area.
I'm leaving the flat at the end of this month and it will be renovated at the end of april latest by the owner, so I'm really looking for someone who is in need for a little longer stay, ideally about two to three months (february to april).
I'll be available via phone or E-mail, my new flat is about 30 Minutes away if there are some urgent questions. During the daytime I'll be working, but you can always text me and I'd be happy to help you out.
If you go over the next street you will be in Prenzlauer Berg. (you are looking at it from theterrace). This is a great place for Dining, Shopping, Families and there are some nice bars, too. You can go to the famous Mauerpark Flea Market or have Palio-Dining or buy exotic things in the small shops around here. If you are a coffee lover you are in for a treat, too. There are too many possibilities to be listed here.
It is one of the nicest neighbourhoods in Berlin without being too hip or too loud and crowded.
There is no smoking allowed in the flat
(you can smoke on the terrace, if you want to).
The owner asks for some kind of private insurance.
No partying in the house, please.
Pets are unfortunately not allowed.
