Our top floor apartment, very bright and with high standard furniture, is a charming property located in a recently renovated Nineteenth Century building in the historic centre of Palermo. The large rooftop terrace provides a wonderful view on the surrounding palaces and churches of the historic Kalsa neighbourhood.
Our apartments has a large living room with dining area, two comfortable bedrooms, two modern bathrooms (1 with shower, the other with a bathtub), a comfortable and functional kitchen and a wide equipped terrace-garden overlooking the rooftops and the surrounding historical monuments.
All the apartment rooms have heating and air conditioning. Wi-Fi internet, digital television and all needed appliances are provided.
The large sun terrace is equipped with a barbecue, a gazebo with a dining table and chairs and ornamental plants. It is the perfect place to start your day with an open-air breakfast, to relax and cool down after the heat of Palermo or to enjoy a cocktail or a romantic dinner.
At Kalsa Luxury Home our guests will find a welcome kit at home and everything they need to fully enjoy their stay in the house.
The apartment can comfortably hosts 3 people but it can be good also for families with children or for 4 adults, albeit the french-sized bed in the smaller bedroom can be ok for 2 people but it is a little smaller than a double bed.
our guest will have access to all the amenities of the flat.
We will be at complete disposal of our guest, before and during their stay!
The apartment is located inside an historic building where there are other apartments, so we require to our guest the respect of the normal rules of good neighborliness.
Guests are asked to provide care and attention to equipment and furnishings that they will have at their disposal in the apartment
