Thank you for your interest in our property!
My wife and I lived in this complex for 4+ years. We moved as we need a bigger place and my wife wanted a yard. While downtown, we enjoyed being able to walk to so many restaurants, nightlife, going to festivals like SXSW, ACL, Pecan Street, to name a few. We spent a lot of time on the lake doing dragonboating (think canoe with 20 paddlers) and running on the trails. Recently we've enjoyed the new areas of Rainey, new restaurants on the East Side, and being here for the many festivals and events they have downtown.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to let us know. We lived in Austin for 9 years, went to California for 3, then moved back to Austin last year.
The picture is of us hiking Yosemite, CA. A very beautiful place and worth going if you haven't been!
