Welcome to 3418 Huxley Street, Los Angeles California. The first and most important house rule is to make yourself at home. We hope you will consider our home your home away from home. This is our home and we have invested a lot of love and attention to make it a private oasis for your enjoyment. As you will see, we are avid art collectors. Many of the pieces are one of a kind. Each piece has sentimental value far beyond its monetary value. We ask you to please appreciate and take care of the surroundings. AirBNB is a sharing community. Over time, we have discovered it is helpful to set some ground rules to help each of us have a better shared experience. We’ve included the most frequently asked questions below. But, no document can replace common courtesy and respect. We hope you enjoy your stay with us. We would love to be your go to destination whenever you visit southern California. If you have any questions, concerns, or discomfort, please do not hesitate to let one of us know. We will do everything in our power to remedy the situation.

Phill & Clayo
I'm originally from Chicago. I moved to Los Angeles shortly after college. I've live within a 5 mile radius of my current house for over 30 years. I really love this neighborhood. I'm a pretty easy going person. I love to cook, and have dinner parties. I am the president of a small non-profit AIDS organization. I have been an AirBNB host for 3 years. It has been a remarkable experience. I love meeting new people and making new friends. I have always had friends all over the world. It has been great expanding my network. I love hiking and trekking. My favorite sports are scuba diving and white water rafting. I've visited six of the seven continents. I'm not sure if I will try to go to Antartica. I don't like the cold.
