The apartment was recently COMPLETELY RENOVATED as of January 2016. Local TV, wireless internet, fully stocked kitchen. The apartment is turnkey and ready to enjoy. There is a secured parking spot in the back of the building for those with a car.
**There are 2 new queen mattresses in the apartment - one is firm for those that prefer a lot of support, one is a little softer for those that prefer something more soft. They can be switched upon request. There are also multiple pillow types (feather, synthetic, firm, soft) to choose from. My goal is to make the bedroom as accommodating as possible to every different sleep style/preference (I myself am sort of a picky sleeper-I once slept on the floor of an airbnb for a month cause the bed was too soft!)
Guests have access to the condo pool. Please note the pool hours. There is also a laundry room in the building.
I live 5 blocks away and am available 24/7 for any questions/issues that arise. Happy to offer any restaurant, entertainment or sightseeing suggestions for your stay.
