Modern Penthouse loft room with views over the city from every window, and a 25 m2 terrace. One bedroom loft with a large living room, kitchen, shower and bathroom. The building has an elevator and is only 100m from the Paral·lel metro station.
The apartment is actually a two floor duplex with separate access to each floor. It is very luminous and there are wide open views from every window up to the Tibidabo Mountain behind the city. There is a wide open living room with a large sliding door which opens up onto the bedroom, allowing you to separate or join these two spaces. The kitchen is open on both sides allowing passageway to the living room. There is an individual shower and an individual toilet each with a sliding glass door to close off its space.
The loft and its contents are for you to enjoy and respect while you're staying. A full set of dishes and silverware is also available, along with pots and pans for cooking, a microwave, a full gas stove with 5 burners and oven. Clean sheets and towels as well as soap and shampoo. I live here when it's not rented out so there will be the basics in the flat: coffee, milk, sugar, some cans of coke or beer and whatnot, please replace what you consume. My closet is for my use, but you will have space to store your clothes on the shelves in the bedroom.
I will probably be living in the upstairs room, as the apartment is actually a duplex with a separate entrance upstairs, so if you need anything I won't be far away. The two spaces are not connected. I'm always available on-line.
Please don't smoke inside the apartment, but feel free to do so on the terrace.
Feel free to have friends over for dinner for example. Please, no parties in the house nor loud music. The neighbors will undoubtedly call the police and it would result in a disagreeable eviction.

I'm from New York originally but have spent the better part of my life here in Barcelona. In fact, I moved here for the first time before the Olympic games so I can say that I know the city reasonably well and have seen a lot of the changes over the years. Feel free to ask me anything you may need to know about Barcelona!
I have also lived in France and Germany and have a real love for Brazil, so you can easily speak to me in any of their languages, as well as Italian.
I am offering what is my own flat for certain days because I love it and I love to share with others, and also I spend a lot of time at my better half's place. So this is not a flat dedicated to tourist rental, rather when you are not renting it out, I am most likely here!
So welcome to Barcelona! I hope you enjoy yourself here!
