The apartment is on the 1st floor of a regency house built in 1830.
We can answer most questions by email or phone if you prefer. The keys and cleaning/maintenance are managed by an excellent local company, and key collection will be arranged with them.
VERY IMPORTANT Minimum rental age. 25 years. UK right to rent regulations require us to collect your information via our own online form and a photo of your passport as proof of ID and age. AirBnB Verification alone is NOT sufficient and is no longer acceptable to UK insurance companies. You must provide this information within 24 hours of your reservation or the booking will be cancelled.
A Security/Damage deposit of £300 is required to release the keys for the apartments, and will be returned within 48 hours of leaving the apartment (once cleaning and damage inspection has taken place). The Security Deposit is payable directly to BrightonBreak, and is not an AirBnB associated payment.

Parking in Brighton is limited and always features parking meters! We have a limited allocation of Visitors Parking Permits that you can reserve for your stay. These allow first come first served parking in residents and public spaces, making parking a lot more convenient. The permits cost £10 per day and must be reserved with your booking.
Portland Place is a residential apartment house built in the 18th century. Have a great time but respect the other residents that live and work here (some are on shifts at the local hospital). For this reason the apartments are not suitable for hen, stag or other boisterous groups. If we receive complaints from other residents you risk losing you security deposit.
Residential building and street. have a great time, but please respect your neighbours.
Smoking is completely prohibited in the apartment and building.
A security deposit of £300 is required via (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) or bank transfer at least 48 hours before check in. This will be returned to you within 48 hours of the rental, once the property has been inspected and prepared for the next guests.
The host reserves the right to vacate you from the apartment immediately and without refund if the house rules are broken.
IMPORTANT: to book this apartment you will need to provide a security deposit of £300 payable before the rental.
The security deposit is returned with 2 days of the end of your rental.
