Casa Museo Salsipuedes, a historic mansion and now art museum built by Colombian sculptor Jorge Marín Vieco in the 1930's, is one of the few "casa fincas" left in Medellín. On the first floor we have a cozy guestroom with two comfortable single beds and a bathroom across the hall that will only be shared if there are guests in the room next door.
Guests will have access to all the gardens outside and common rooms within the house. These areas include a kitchenette, a pingpong table, a lovely place to birdwatch or study, and even a cheerful fireplace.

I love flowers, birds, children, young people and people in general. Having graduated with a Music Education degree, I homeschooled my three children for many years. My family and I can be involved in your visit to Medellín or can let you venture on your own. My daughter is a tour guide and can give you very detailed recommendations on what to see and do in Medellín. Our home is very rich in Colombian history, particularly in the area of the arts.
