There is a beautifully appointed kitchen and luxury bathroom.
There is a large luxury double bed with memory foam topped mattress in the bedroom. Additional sleeping arrangements are provided with an hotel grade folding sofa bed.

VERY IMPORTANT – PARKING
Parking in Brighton is both limited and metered throughout the City. We recommend that you do not bring a car, you can easily walk everywhere and Taxi’s and Buses are plentiful and cheap. If you decide to bring a car here are some options:
Visitors Parking Permits: We can provide Visitors Parking Permits (£10 per day) which allow the use of residents and public street parking spaces in zone H. Please let us know if you wish us to provide these permits for you in advance.
Secure Gated Parking: We have very limited off road Secure Gated parking at our Burlington Beach Apartments. This needs to be pre-booked with your accommodation and is strictly subject to availability. £20 per day.
NCP multi-storey: Nearest NCP multi-storey – Central Brighton, £30 per day – please make your own arrangements (URL HIDDEN)
Minimum rental age: 25 years. (proof of ID is required)
Residential building and street. have a great time, but please respect your neighbours. Noise must be kept to a minimum after 10.30pm.
The apartment block is very secure with automatic gates, and a full CCTV system than records all entry and exit points of the building, and communal areas 24/7.
Smoking is completely prohibited in the apartment and building.
IMPORTANT A security deposit of £250 is required to cover any damage to the property. This is paid directly to the owner (NOT AIRBNB) before the key collection details will be released. The deposit will be returned to you within 48 hours of the rental, once the property has been inspected and prepared for the next guests.
The host reserves the right to vacate you from the apartment immediately and without refund if the house rules are broken.
To comply with UK 'right to rent' legislation, you will need to provide your address details and a copy of your Passport or Driving License when booking.
