AN APARTMENT IN SLIEMA FOR TWO/THREE GUESTS

Also located on high grounds as our F/4 Apartment, at a cross road between Sliema and St. Julian’s. This larger than average, 80 Sq Meter, self catering, one bedroom apartment is in Sliema’s residential area on one of the main roads. It is, as all the other Fusion 4 units, in a four floor, private residential building approx 500 meters from my apartment opposite the Five Star - Meridien Hotel, and Balluta Bay. A ten minute walk from this apartment will get you close to all major language schools, shops, and restaurants in the shopping district of Sliema, the entertainment area of Paceville, St George's sandy beach and the much sought after and popular waterfront promenade between St.Julian’s and Sliema.

Water sports, scuba diving, gym facilities, heated swimming pool, spa, sauna and related activities are also nearby. This apartment, has it’s own private entrance which is accessible through a common entrance on the ground floor. It is equipped with modern furnishings, and comprises of a sitting dining room area, a fully equipped kitchen, with an electric oven, hob, fridge freezer and so on. A Plasma TV, wi-fi, and internet is also available free of charge. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, together with a wardrobe and dresser and shower/toilet facilities. Air-conditioning use is optional, however electric fans are provided.
A washing machine is also available, but use is restricted to guests staying longer then 15 days.

Water and electricity is provided free of charge and is included in the price, however air-con use is provide through a prepaid daily rate of Euros 10 per day. This is of particular interest for any guests who prefer not to use air-conditioners and prefer to have a cheaper accommodation rate instead. Aircon and washing machine use is provided through a dedicated meter reading system and charged at Euro 0.25 cents per unit. It is important to note that any credit due from non use, or limited use of any of the air-con or washing machine use will be refundable from your prepaid daily rate at the end of your stay.

The apartment is rented out on a self catering basis. A change of Towels and bed linen is provided for stays over seven days. Beach Towels are not provided.

This unit is meant to accommodate two guests, however a sofa bed or a folding single bed is available to accommodate a third person at a negotiated rate. Rates applicable are per apartment per night for two people, whilst Single occupancy is also acceptable at a slightly cheaper rate.

A refundable security deposit of Euro 250 is applicable on arrival to cover against breakages or damages to the property on signing the house policy.

Pre allocation booking is only valid for 24 Hours, however depending on the length of stay, the apartment can be rented out at a pre negotiable rate per night applicable at the time.

Cleaner service, Catering service, Car rental, Nanny service, Sightseeing bus tours, Scuba excursions, Sailing Boat Charters, Tours, Wine tasting, Gym facilities, and related activities can be made available at an additional cost. Basically you name it and we can help you provide it for you. We would like to make you feel welcome, so any requests or things we haven't listed, feel free to ask. With regards to the above mentioned activities, we can sort out most of your requirements in advance of your coming for a short stay, thus saving you time running around looking for these facilities.

Please note that we do not accept guests for less then five nights, however during certain in-between reservation dates, Instant Book Reservations will only be acceptable for less nights at a higher rate to cover local taxes, room servicing and laundry expenses. We do have house rules, which can be made available upon confirming a reservation.

There is a NO SMOKING rule applicable in the bedroom. Smoking is restricted only within the apartment in the kitchen or lounge with your front door closed. No smoking is also applicable in the common areas.

Edgar est un hôte super, il est accueillant, gentil et prévenant. Son appartement est conforme aux photos, il est très bien situé en Sliema et Julians. Il ne manque de rien à l'intérieur ! Je recommande Edgar et son appartement.

We where not happy at all . The noise from the construction next door simply destroyed our holiday we where only told when we arrived . The location was great .

I thank you for voicing any irregularities privately and I assure you that I will do my best to put them straight. On your comment re rubbish collection, I would like to point out that as clearly listed in the apartment profile, this is self catering rental, which makes the responsibility for clearing any daily rubbish to be carried out by the guest. With regards to the building noise I can only sympathize with your concern. I can only assure you of my unawareness by having this confirmed by the guests living on the upper floors, that building works started two days prior your arrival. Besides being away from the island at the time anyway, I did not receive any information of works starting up on any date.

Edgar was an impeccable host. Picked me up from the airport and took me on a tour of the surrounding area. He then even went out of his way to drop me off to where I needed to go. Would 100% recommend this apartment, was in pristine condition. Plan to make a booking with Edgar again soon!

From the beginning, Edgar has communicated quickly with us regarding any questions we had. He is an excellent host. He picked us up from the airport and even showed us around the surrounding area of the apartment so we would have an idea of the location. The apartment is in an excellent location. You can walk to st Julian's, Paceville and Sliema very easily. There are even small stores on the street for you to buy some food. The apartment has everything you could need for a stay (all kitchen supplies- including some food, beach and shower towels and some toiletries). We will definitely stay here again when we return to Malta. Thanks for everything Edgar!

Edgar's place was very central for our stay. Being at the top of the hill meant we could walk in any direction and be in the action. Edgar himself is a great man, goes out of his way to make your stay comfortable by stocking some necessities in the fridge and picking us up and even dropping us off to the airport. Having a great host can make your stay feel that little bit better. Thanks Edgar for a letting us enjoy Malta!

We booked this apartment for family visit. Edgar has been very helpful from the the beginning to the end of their trip. He waited for us despite the fact I was late for the check-in and he brought our family to the airport the last day. The apartment was very clean, refurbished, in a good location. Definitely a very good value.

Semi-retired, middle sixties, and a successful businessman living on my own. An extremely positive person who loves to please and entertain guests. An ex Airline Representative for forty years, ex Restaurant owner of Fusion 4, voted 'Pick of Valletta' on 'Lonely Planet', and which won numerous awards and accolades. A happy gentleman with loads of friends and contagious personality who will not stop at half measures to please his guests. Very active, adventurous, and a sailing freak. Love the sea passionately, enough to take time out to 'skipper' and 'deliver' sailing or motor yachts to any destination. A real free spirit, enjoying life and sharing whenever possible days or evenings out with my tenants. A guest at my restaurant once wrote about me 'Once in a while, someone amazing comes along ... and I found him here' . I guess that says it all. Here I am.
