AN APARTMENT IN SLIEMA FOR THREE/FOUR GUESTS

Also located on high grounds as our F/4 Apartment, 650 meters away, at a cross road between Sliema and St. Julian’s. This larger than average, 80 Sq Meter, self catering, one bedroom apartment is in Sliema’s residential area on one of the main roads. It is, as all the other Fusion 4 units, in a four floor, private residential building approx 500 meters from my own apartment opposite the Five Star - Meridien Hotel, and Balluta Bay. A ten minute walk from this apartment will get you close to all major language schools, shops, and restaurants in the shopping district of Sliema, the entertainment area of Paceville, St George's sandy beach and the much sought after and popular waterfront promenade between St. Julian’s and Sliema.

Water sports, scuba diving, gym facilities, heated swimming pool, spa, sauna and related activities are also nearby. This apartment has its own private entrance on the second floor which is accessible through a security locked, common entrance on the ground floor. It is equipped with modern furnishings, and comprises of an open plan dining/sitting dining room area, a fully equipped kitchen, with an electric oven, hob, fridge freezer and so on. A Plasma TV, wi-fi, and internet is available, free of charge. The bedroom is furnished with three single beds, or a single double bed only together with a dresser and shower/toilet facilities. Air-conditioning use is inclusive however electric fans are provided. A washing machine and dryer is also available. for long term guests staying over a ten day period.

Use of day to day water and electricity is included in your rental rate and therefore no additional charges are incurred.

The apartment is rented out on a self catering basis. A change of Towels and bed linen is provided for stays over seven days. Beach Towels are not provided.

This unit is meant to accommodate up to three guests, however a sofa bed or a folding single bed is available to accommodate a fourth person at a negotiated rate. Rates applicable are per apartment per night for three people, whilst Single or double occupancy can also acceptable at a cheaper rate if staying longer then 10 days.

A refundable security deposit of Euro 300 is applicable and payable on arrival , however charged at owners discretion to cover against breakages or damages to the property on signing acceptance of our house policy. The house policy can be sent to you on request, and you can cancel your reservation if not acceptable within seven days.

Pre-allocation bookings, or special offers are only valid for 24 Hours, extended by mutual request.
Depending on your length of stay, the apartment can be rented out at a pre-negotiable rate, per night, applicable at the time.

Cleaner service, Catering service, Car rental, Nanny service, Sight seeing bus tours, Scuba excursions, Sailing Boat Charters, Tours, Wine tasting, Gym facilities, and related activities can be made available at an additional cost. Basically you name it and we can help provide it for you. We would like to make you feel welcome, so any requests or t\ny items we haven't listed, feel free to ask for. Holiday activities as mentioned above can be dealt with of your coming for a short stay, thus saving you time running around looking for them.

Everything was as we saw it in the pictures and description. Edgar is a great host and he is always happy to help in whatever you need. The location is more than perfect while everything from groceries stores until bars, restaurants and beautiful beaches can be found nearby. Moreover, the apartment was full equiped with all you need pots, iron, washing machine and drier etc. More than recommended.

Rzeczywistość zgodna z ofertą na Airbnb. Edgar był bardzo pomocny, mimo urodzin, odebrał nas z lotniska i pokazał okolicę. Nasz samolot przylatywał późno, dlatego dużym pozytywnym zaskoczeniem był prowiant w lodówce (jajka, margaryna, szynka, ser, mleko, sok, rogaliki). Dodatkowym plusem był cukier, sól i herbata w kuchni. Noce w marcu na Malcie są chłodne, dlatego kolejny plus za klimatyzację, którą ogrzewaliśmy się dodatkowo w nocy. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, ponieważ w 10 minut można było dojść do portu, z którego płynął prom do Valetty, jak i w drugą stronę do wielu restauracji w San Juan. Do supermarketu też nie było aż tak daleko :) W dwóch słowach: Gorąco polecamy :)

.... Needless to say I had to translate Jacek comments for all; Reality in line with the Airbnb offer. Edgar was very helpful, despite his birthday, he picked us up from the airport and showed off the area. Our plane arrived late, so the positive surprise was the food in the refrigerator (eggs, margarine, ham, cheese, milk, juice, croissants). Another plus was sugar, salt and tea in the kitchen. The nights in March in Malta are cool, that's another plus for the air conditioning, which we heated up additionally at night. Location very good as it was within a 10 minute walk to the port from which the ferry to Valetta flew and the other side to many restaurants in San Juan. To the supermarket was not so far :) In two words: Highly recommended :) .... What can I say about my guests, who were just as good and kind enough in leaving the apartment spotlessly clean and do minor service for the next guests moving in the same afternoon. Thank you for your remarks. Look so forward to seeing you again in Malta some day.

si può solo parlare bene di Edgar! uomo pieno di energie, gentilissimo, e disponibilissimo ad aiutarci per qualsiasi nostra esigenza, anche nelle giornate per lui piene d'impegni. L'appartamento dove abbiamo alloggiato, posso dire sia uno dei più belli, di quelli di cui ho usufruito su airbnb. È a Sliema, vicino la baia di Balluta, 5 min a piedi dal lungomare, dove passano bus che portano in molte parti dell'isola, e ad un 20 minuti di cammino da St Julian. Abbastanza comodo quindi! Vi consiglio vivamente di rivolgervi a lui, quindi, per le vostre vacanze a Malta!

Translation first; You can only speak well of Edgar! man full of energy, friendly, and extremely available to help with any of our needs, even on days for him full of commitments. The apartment where we stayed, I can say is one of the most beautiful, the kind of which I made use of Airbnb. It is in Sliema, near the Bay of Balluta, 5 min walk to the waterfront, where buses pass by that can take you to many parts of the island, and a 20-minute walk from St Julian. Comfortable enough then! I recommend you turn to him, then, for your holidays in Malta!. Unquote ........ tutto secondo aspettative. la casa è esattamente come descritta e come da foto. Edgar e anche ilnsuo collaborato che ci ha accolto sono stayo gentili e disponibili, e assolutamente non invadenti con chiamate o cose del genere. host da consigliare..!! everything as expected, house is exactly as described and how it's shown in pictures. both Edgar and the guy that welcomed us were nice but never intrusive with calls or things like that. i suggest the host!!

Semi-retired, middle sixties, and a successful businessman living on my own. An extremely positive person who loves to please and entertain guests. An ex Airline Representative for forty years, ex Restaurant owner of Fusion 4, voted 'Pick of Valletta' on 'Lonely Planet', and which won numerous awards and accolades. A happy gentleman with loads of friends and contagious personality who will not stop at half measures to please his guests. Very active, adventurous, and a sailing freak. Love the sea passionately, enough to take time out to 'skipper' and 'deliver' sailing or motor yachts to any destination. A real free spirit, enjoying life and sharing whenever possible days or evenings out with my tenants. A guest at my restaurant once wrote about me 'Once in a while, someone amazing comes along ... and I found him here' . I guess that says it all. Here I am.
