We once again apologies for our last minute cancelation which we are not used to.
As explained to you, the mistake came from the Taj hotel reception itself which during this busy week of the new year made a double booking while the hotel was already fully booked. This double booking was made without informing us. When we accepted your booking on Airbnb, we thought our suite was available but their guests had already checked in, we obviously didn't know it and had no other way but to cancel your booking.
Once again, this mistake will never happen again and I hope I have been helpful by helping you to find another accommodation in Cape Town for your dates. To compensate, we have also offered you a complementary night in our suite which from our last exchange you have fully appreciated.
