This spacious, modern two-bedroom apartment is beautifully furnished and located in a convenient central location. Moments away from supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, public transport, shops, art galleries, cafes, nightlife and restaurants - everything you could possibly want is at your fingertips.
Two generous well-lit bedrooms are fitted with a queen size and double size bed respectively and topped with hotel quality linen and towels, professionally cleaned after every stay. The full length mirrored built in wardrobes contain hangers, shelving, an iron and ironing board and enough space to store your luggage.
Relax on the comfortable three-seater couch in front of a flat screen TV, complete with Netflix on the Apple TV media centre. Adjacent to the living room is a stone-benched breakfast bar.
The living room couch converts to a comfortable sofa bed. Please let us know if you are going to use the sofa bed when you make your booking - we need to advise our cleaners to bring extra linen with them. A charge of $25 applies for use of the sofa bed, we will send a payment request through the Airbnb Resolution Centre.
Soak up Melbourne’s four-seasons-in-a-day weather! From the lounge room, you can access a spectacular balcony with outdoor seating and a barbecue. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony, with the door closed.
Our fully-equipped kitchen comes complete with an oven, gas cook top, cooking utensils, appliances (microwave, kettle and toaster), a fridge/freezer and basic pantry supplies for those times when you just want a break from Melbourne’s amazing cuisines and have home cooked meal.
For those with a car, yes, this apartment does come with its own carpark! Located under the building, the carpark is secure and easy to access.
The spacious bathroom has a generously sized shower stocked with Thankyou body wash and Australian-made, earth friendly Sukin shampoo and conditioner. Thankyou hand wash and Who Gives A Crap toilet paper is also provided for your use.
Opposite the bathroom is a European laundry, complete with a washing machine and Earth Choice laundry liquid.
You’ll also have access to the very spacious outdoor terraces, BBQ area and shared lounge/library area.
Two sets of keys will be made available to you via a secure keysafe. Detailed instructions will be provided before your arrival, allowing you to check yourself in.
No shared amenities, the entire apartment is all yours to enjoy.

We know this beautiful listings looks like it might be a good party destination, but we are under STRICT INSTRUCTIONS from the owner of this property to stop this from occurring.
We have a close relationship with the neighbours, who get in touch with us immediately if there is any evidence of gatherings over the maximum 6 guests (as per the listing description) after 10pm.
This is an awesome place to stay for families, couples or small groups, but if you are thinking of having a party, this won't be the right listing for you. Breaching this rule will result in immediate eviction and loss of security deposit.
The apartment includes a lounge which can be converted into a sofa-bed if you require additional sleeping space. We leave the sofa-bed unmade so you can utilise the lounge upon arrival.
There is a linen hire cost of $30 associated with this so following your booking please let us know if you plan on using the sofa bed and we will raise a payment request. This will ensure there is fresh linen awaiting your arrival.

This discount is automatically applied to the booking price displayed by Airbnb. Unfortunately we cannot provide any further discount.
