Condo Natura is a well-appointed, ground floor unit in Puerta Zama, an upscale condo development in the community of Aldea Zama, Tulum. Condo Natura is a spacious unit designed to capture the local Mexican flavor. With a generous 1300 sq ft/120 sq meters of combined interior and exterior space, guests have plenty of room to relax and enjoy their stay. All furnishings are made from locally sourced materials. There are 2 large bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, as well as ample closet and drawer space. The master BR has a king bed; the guest BR a queen bed. Both beds have premium pillow-top mattresses. Each bedroom opens onto a rear patio facing the fenced-in rear property.
The open plan living room and fully equipped kitchen with dining island, is the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the view of the pool and lush common areas. A 40 inch flat screen Smart TV with satellite service offers many entertainment and music options. The living area opens onto a large patio just steps away from the sparkling swimming pool.

There are plenty of high quality linens, bath and beach towels for guests to use. Fresh bottled water is provided throughout your stay at no additional cost. There is a washer/dryer in the unit, as well as individual air conditioners and ceiling fans in each BR and the living area. Free parking for one car is available near the unit, with ample street parking close by.

• VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED: EVERY APARTMENT COUNTS WITH A MAXIMUM NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS THAT MUST BE RESPECTED ALL THE TIME.
• PARTIES ARE PROHIBITED IN THE COMPLEX COMMON AREA AS WELL AS INTO THE APARTMENT: BY BREAKING THIS RULE, GUESTS WILL LOOSE THE SECURITY DEPOSIT AND SHOULD LEAVE INMEDIATELY THE PROPERTY.
