It's situated less than 1 minute walk away to Sliema and St Julians promenade, sea, tiny sandy beaches, lidos, children's playing grounds, public gardens, 2 main squares with free wifi, very good restaurants, pubs and cafes.

5 minutes walk to the best retail shops in the island and very close to St James Hospital in Sliema (one of the best private hospital/clinic in Malta).

Drive - 3 minute to Paceville (Night Life), 15-20 minutes to Valletta (Capital City for culture and more shopping), Marsa golf course, Mdina, St Pauls Bay, the Three Cities and 30-40 minutes to Gozo.

《房屋守则》

Deposit
We reserve the right to ask for a deposit prior to, or on check in at our sole discretion. Failure to pay
this could result in your stay and all funds paid being forfeited at our sole discretion.
Check in and Check out
Check in time is after 2:30pm on the date of arrival. Check out is by 12pm on the date of departure. If
an alternative time is required please let DeMozZe Ltd. know at least 48 hours prior to arrival time to
try and accommodate your request.
Guests must inform DeMozZe Ltd. well in advance of their arrival time so that a representative can be
allocated to meet them at the property and handover the keys. Passport details may also be required.
The person placing the booking will be responsible for the acts of all guests (whether permitted or not)
at the apartment during your stay.
Keys
You will be supplied with one set of keys upon arrival. On the date of departure keys must be returned
to DeMozZe Ltd.. Any keys not returned on the date of departure will be charged to you at a cost of
minimum €50 to cover replacement keys and lock changes.
Maintenance
All apartments will be freshly cleaned for your arrival with fresh bed linen and some hand towels
supplied. The fee is €20 per week. For stays of 7 days or more these will be changed and the
apartment will be cleaned on a weekly basis.
Smoking Policy
The apartments and all common areas are non-smoking and smoking is not permitted anywhere in
the apartment at any location by law. Insofar as it becomes apparent that in the apartment has been
smoked in, we will charge you an automatic fee €75. Smoking is permitted only in the balcony. The
cigarette bits must be thrown in the ashtray provided.
Pets
No pets are permitted in any apartment at any location. Guide dogs are permitted upon giving prior
notice to DeMozZe Ltd..
Occupancy
Please be aware that we require the names of all occupants due to stay in the chosen apartment. If
there are additional persons found to be staying at the apartment without our prior agreement, then all
guests will be asked to leave immediately with no refund due.
General Care
The apartments are located within or near residential areas in each location. You are asked to respect
other guests in the building you are occupying and in the near general location of the building by not
creating or allowing excessive noise or unruly behaviour. Parties are strictly forbidden in any
apartment or common area at any time – breach of this condition will require you to leave the
apartment immediately without any refund.
You are responsible for the apartment during your stay – common sense should be applied at all
times. The apartment is expected to be kept reasonably clean and tidy with security being considered
at all times. Doors should be locked and windows closed when leaving the apartment unattended or
when checking out. Lights, air condition, TV, water and the gas cooker must be off while not in the
apartment.
Any loss or damage caused to an apartment (or its contents) which has not been locked upon you
leaving it will be charged back to you. DeMozZe Ltd. reserve the right to charge you an additional fee
of €80 for additional cleaning costs should the apartment not be returned in a acceptable condition.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all items in the apartment are not damaged and are in good
working order at all times. You must report to DeMozZe Ltd. any broken or damaged items as soon as
possible after gaining entry to the relevant apartment.
Any items removed from or damaged in any apartment will be charged for and you will be responsible
for paying the actual replacement cost advised by DeMozZe Ltd..
Any damage to any part of the apartment or any of the fixtures and fittings will be charged to you at
the relevant rate including any business interruption losses.
No booking creates any lease or tenancy and the stay, by way of licence, will only be for the period
and upon the terms detailed in the booking confirmation.
Personal effects and belongings are left in the apartment at an owner's own risk. It is not advised to
leave valuable items unattended. DeMozZe Ltd. will take no responsibility for any loss incurred.
DeMozZe Ltd. will not be held responsible for any death or personal injury incurred during any stay at
any apartment save insofar as the same arose through any act or omission of DeMozZe Ltd..
DeMozZe Ltd. reserves the right to enter apartments for maintenance issues and viewing of
apartments by staff accompanied potential guests during a stay. The appropriate notice will be given
and disruption will be kept to a minimum.

I stayed in Humbert's place for a week with my boyfriend. The flat is in a central place of Malta, close to a bus stop but in a quiet street. There is a minimarket just behind the building, on the seafront you can find one of the best pastizzeria and is full of nice restaurants. Humbert is a very nice host, we didn't meet him personally, but he organised our transport from the airport and provide all the info necessaries for our stay. We had a little problem with the cleaning in the beginning but he solved immediately. If you go to Malta, we strongly suggest his flat!

This flat is absolutely great and Humbert was a great host! The flat is in Balluta Bay and it's super close to the bus stop, the sea, a mini market and it's a 5 minute walk to St. Julian's. We stayed there as a couple and had plenty of space. Humbert also arranged airport transfert and met us at the apartment when we arrived. He gave us information about cool things to do and how to get around. I'd come back to this flat if I ever decided to go to Malta again. Thank you Humbert! Desy and Federico

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l'appartement de Humbert. L'appartement est bien situé, propre et bien agencé ( plus grand en réalité que sur les photos). En plus de la qualité du logement Humber est un très bon hôte il nous a reçu très chaleureusement. Il nous a fait quelques courses pour notre arrivée et nous a bien conseillé sur les différentes choses à faire à Malte. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de ce séjour. Merci Humbert.

Mycket nöjd med min vistelse. Lägenheten var ren, allt som behövdes fanns i lägenheten. Stort badrum med fungerande tvättmaskin. Träffade Humbert vid incheckning, trevlig man, allt gick smidigt. Humbert hade till och med lämnat lite mat till oss i kylen, mycket uppskattat. Rekommenderas!

Merci à lui pour la qualité de l appartement. Idealement situé au centre de Sliema et à proximité de nombreux restaurants et petites épiceries. Ce séjour à Malte nous a beaucoup plus, n'hésitez pas à aller visiter les îles de Comino et Cozo. A recommander les yeux fermé.

Le logement est très fonctionnel, grande salle de bain , cuisine aménagé, coin nuit separé du sejour. Il est très bien pour dormir et manger. Il est très bien situé à 2 pas d'une petite plage. Si vous louez une voiture il n'y pas de place avec le logement, mais vous trouverez une place dans les rues alentours en cherchant un peu...(petit conseil ne vous garez pas hors-case...amende de 23€). Également prévoyez des boules quies pour dormir paisiblement ;). Je recommande tout à fait ce logement pour votre séjour à Malte !

Il nostro soggiorno nell'appartamento di Humbert è stato perfetto!! Ottima la posizione a 100 metri dal lungomare di sliema, dove sono moltissimi bar e ristoranti. A 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge sia peacevile che il porto di sliema per raggiungere la valletta!! Lo consiglio vivamente!!
