Cozy basement suit in a quiet neighborhood

This is a nice comfortable basement. It has one queen bed, sofa bed and I have a queen air mattress available as needed. It has a bathroom and closet. The suit is equipped with a full fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and a smart TV for your own convenience and comfort. It does not have a private entrance, but the basement door is close to the garage door, so you will have a direct entrance to the studio. You will be close to the freeway, train and shopping centers.

With gorgeous views of the city from the back, this apartment is only 4 minutes from the freeway and offers easy access to so many great local attractions. Complete with full kitchen, 65" 4k TV, a King bed, and a shared HOT TUB! 4 beds total, sleeping a maximum of 6 people - 1 King, 1 pull out Queen, 1 twin, and one rollaway twin. Welcome to this 1 bedroom studio with a large pool

Come relax in this 1 bedroom villa. Enjoy the mountain views as you swim in the large heated pool or sun bathe/ lounge on the comfy loungers.(pool is open May through September). Close to the slc airport, Usana amphitheater (4 miles)and downtown SLC. This place is a very affordable option when coming to Salt Lake City or to ski at the resorts. 20 minutes from the University of Utah and 40 minutes from Brigham Young University. 30 minutes to the lagoon amusement park.

Space has a kitchen and is fully furnished for your basic needs, including all cooking essentials, bedding, basic toiletries, and towels. There is one queen bed and a sofa that pulls out to a twin bed. Great location near the highway and close to the interstate. A cozy, clean and simple living space. Pull right up to the property and park right by the entrance for easy in and out access.

I'm happy to host you & your pets! My home is in a safe, quiet neighborhood away from busy streets, about 15 miles south of Salt Lake International Airport. The guest area is the main level, about 900 square feet. I don't charge cleaning fees. Requests with kids ages 2-12 will be declined for their safety, no exceptions. I live in the separated basement with my dog; we don't go into the guest space. Stays 28+ days require a signed lease.
