Separate entrance but shares walls with host/other guests. Expect household “motion” (Hotel type…but cleaner and cuter!) No Pets or children. Large vehicles may find parking tight. *Wall bed w/queen mattress.

Cozy basement suit in a quiet neighborhood

This is a nice comfortable basement. It has one queen bed, sofa bed and I have a queen air mattress available as needed. It has a bathroom and closet. The suit is equipped with a full fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and a smart TV for your own convenience and comfort. It does not have a private entrance, but the basement door is close to the garage door, so you will have a direct entrance to the studio. You will be close to the freeway, train and shopping centers.

Come relax in this 1 bedroom villa. Enjoy the mountain views as you swim in the large heated pool or sun bathe/ lounge on the comfy loungers.(pool is open May through September). Close to the slc airport, Usana amphitheater (4 miles)and downtown SLC. This place is a very affordable option when coming to Salt Lake City or to ski at the resorts. 20 minutes from the University of Utah and 40 minutes from Brigham Young University. 30 minutes to the lagoon amusement park.

Pull right up to the property and park right by the entrance for easy in and out access.
