In this introspective healing practice, create a personal mandala using sand and symbolic objects, engage in journaling, and tune inward with a soothing sound bath. • Create a unique mandala using objects that represent significant aspects of your life and infuse it with intention, building a living representation of your journey. • Once your mandala is complete, we’ll move into a restorative sound bath meditation. The mandalas will rest at the center of the room, radiating the energy of your intentions as the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments guide you into a peaceful state. • After the meditation, we’ll return to the sand mandalas for a final moment of connection. Unlock deep relaxation through breathwork at Lavender Soul

Whether you’re new to breathwork or a seasoned practitioner, let me guide you through a 90-minute immersive journey at Lavender Soul Studio that will elevate your physical, emotional and energetic states. • I’ll welcome you to the studio and explain what to expect. We’ll start with some short journal prompts and light movement/warm ups to prepare the body for the breathwork session. Joshua tree is a powerful vortex of energy, that cannot be fully experienced unless you tap in to your power of meditation. I am offering an hour of meditation, breath work, sound healing and other relaxing techniques in the desert. As humans we are a microcosm of the macrocosm. Tools to bring yourself into a state of peace can be taken with you wherever you go. The experience will be simple and gentle. All levels are welcome. We will open the class by a couple sounds of AUM to create some vibrational bounds with each other. A guided meditation will follow as well as different breathing techniques. And we will end the class on a sound healing journey. The goal of this experience is to create a safe space to step into your real self. No pets allowed. What’s better than a snowy day playing in freshly fallen snow in the Big Bear wilderness? If your adventure guide brings cocktails of course! Aside from being your nature guide on this trip to the best place for you and your family to play in the snow, I also provide Bailey’s with coffee for the adults, which is my favorite thing to drink while frolicking in the snow. Our tour begins at a snowy place in the Big Bear Valley. This can be a different location based on how much snow we have on a particular day. From there I will guide you to one of the prettiest snowy wilderness areas for great family photos, a short snowy hike & snow play. All these places are a local's secret & for the most part not crowded. In these times of Covid it's a safer alternative to crowded snow play areas with tons of tourists. There’s a great little hike we can do to an amazing viewpoint to get snowy family photos to start the tour. It’s about half a mile each way. From there I will show you some nice hills for sledding &pretty areas for snow play. I’ll hang out with your group for an hour to an hour & a half to answer any questions you might have about the Big Bear area and show you the best places to play in the snow, take great photos with snowy views etc. Dogs are welcome on this hike. Please bring your own sleds. (I do not provide sleds as they often break) Great for groups & team building.

This is a small group 3-hour bike tour of three architecturally/historically significant neighborhoods in south Palm Springs. You'll be biking on quiet streets, no hills, constant sunshine, & very little traffic. All of which makes for a great ride for novices or expert cyclists alike. We’ll explore the neighborhoods of Deepwell Estates, Twin Palms, & Indian Canyons. We’ll see great examples of homes designed by Krisel, Wexler, Eichler, & built by the Alexander Construction Company. We'll also see the homes of some Hollywood celebrities. We’ll stop at specific homes to discuss their architectural & historical details, but you're encouraged to stop anywhere along the way to take photos. So, duration can vary, but it's usually about 3 hours. Please arrive a little early--we can wait 10 min for late guests. Please Note: This tour is designed for serious architecture and history fans, with a lot of academic-level information and detail. It may not be the most enjoyable tour for some children. If you'd like to bring your youngsters, please check with me first, or consider booking a private tour. Thanks!

Take in stunning views of the High Desert of the Mojave, accompanied by goats. We’ll meet our 15 friendly Nubian goats in their pens. They’ll wait for us to open their gate, and then these loving animals will show us the way. We’ll follow the herd at an easy pace into desert washes and onto boulders, where we’ll find beautiful spots to sit and chat—or simply gaze into the silence of the landscape, the gaping sky, and the goats enjoying themselves. We’ll hike about three miles and return with the goats after the sunset. Other things to note: No phone connection the last 4.7 miles of dirt roads ( easy access :) Long pants & suitable shoes for hiking are essential. Sun protection and hat. Plenty of water. Dress warm from October to April. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. Not recommended for people with poor cardiovascular health . Hike at your own risk.

Even before you enter the gate the Llamas will be checking you out, the goats will cry out a welcome. When you enter their corral you might be wary of their size, and you will be amazed at their speed as they run around to show off their long strides. After they run for you, we will show you how to hold the llama pellets in your hand as the llamas use their oddly soft pillowy-lips to pick up the pellets. The llamas love the pellets so enjoy, and pet them. Once the LLamas have eaten all the pellets, we will introduce you to our six goats and our six other llamas by spreading hay for the llamas to graze on and everything becomes peaceful and silent. You hear the wind in the trees, the call of the quail, the gentle sound of hay being mashed into cud. When you look up you notice you are surrounded by the desert, the Sawtooth and Joshua Tree mountains to the South, the ancient volcanic Black Mesa to the West, and Johnson valley stretching endlessly North. Throughout this experience your hosts will educate you on all things llama, in addition snap as many photos of you so you when you aren't taking them yourself. This experience last an hour and a half. NOTE: you must be 18 yrs or older. CLOSED TOED SHOES ARE MANDATORY. Other things to note: There may be up to four people participating in a feeding.
