Park Noir/Pool House 44

A lovely space to unwind/relax after a busy day, whether it is work or play. This facility has a beautiful living area with comfortable seating, televisions in each room & 2 televisions on the patio, two bedrooms. 1st bedroom has 1 queen & The 2nd has 2 queen beds, 2 full bathrooms, a full basketball court, a tennis court, & a patio over looking the pool. Come enjoy a family getaway or a girls' night out at my home away from home. This stay will come with 10% off at True Releaf CBD/HEMP Store.

Black Bear Lake House

Beautiful waterfront lake home located on Poverty Point Reservoir. Our home is located near Poverty Point State Park, Black Bear Golf Course, and Poverty Point World Heritage Site. Poverty Point Marina is located 1/2 mile north of the house. Wild Country Safari is located just a few miles north of the house and is a fun experience to enjoy with your kids. We have two docks for fishing and swimming. Relax and enjoy the sun rises and sunsets on beautiful Poverty Point Reservoir.

Pop's Shop

Pop's shop began as a woodworking barn. It was built and owned by a man loved dearly by his community. After a storm required a renovation, we created the new Pop's shop that our visitors will call home during their stay. Outside is a big, beautiful, white barn. Inside is a comfortable, warm, inviting home. It is a beautiful view of land in the sweetest country area. It’s located 10 minutes from Monroe and 7 minutes from Rayville!

Sue's Southern Stay

This private house sleeps 3 in the bedroom and 1 on the couch. I do have an inflatable queen mattress that can be used upon request. It has a full kitchen and private washer/dryer also.There is a fenced yard for a large dog, but the fence is wide enough that a small dog will be able to escape. Located within 8 miles of I-20, University of Louisiana at Monroe, and Pecanland Mall.

The Garden Cottage

We are located in the woods but only 2 miles from I 20. The Garden Cottage is located close to our main house but isolated with its own private patio. It is perfect for a single occupant or a couple due to it only has 1 bed. Infants/child is welcome if you have sleeping accommodations for them ( portable crib/pack in play). I do not provide either.

Quiet secluded and quaint two bedroom barn loft

If you’re looking for a “getaway”, here’s your place. Located 7 miles outside of Rayville and 20 minutes from Monroe La. It’s the perfect spot. 65 acres to roam on, a nearby “break or swamp”, a stocked pond just outside your back door with wild ducks much of the year, you’ll find plenty to do without leaving the place!

Water front property for the whole family to enjoy on Beouf River. This two bedroom, one bath sleeps 6. Property has a fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer. Property features screened in porch, private boat ramp, covered RV hookup, kayak’s, and swings surrounding the fire pit.
