Keypad entry available for late check-ins. Parking: Free on street or there is a secured attached small 1-car garage. Home is solar powered and compost in the back if you want ecofriendly lodging. Peaceful, quiet, neighborhood with friendly neighbors. 10 minute drive to U of M, St. Thomas, St. Kate's. My daughter and I live on the main level. This listing is for the garden-level, basement apartment. There is an egress window in the living room and small glass block windows in the kitchen and bedroom.

Microwave, mini-fridge and dishware are available. Massage therapy/acupuncture is available by appointment.
