There is a spacious kitchen and dining room with lots of stunning counter space to accommodate food, family, fun, and friends! Pets are welcome, but please keep them off the furniture. Spend your time at a quiet and peace-filled getaway. Relax on the back patio, spend time with your dog in the gated front yard or enjoy the cool of the AC inside. Shasta Dam, Shasta Lake and Centimudi boat ramp are just 2 miles away. There are a couple great hikes and walks close by to enjoy also. Plus, if you have a boat/trailer, there is room for it in the driveway. Be on the watch for the wild deer and turkeys; and listen for the frogs at night too!
