Sam Gamgee has a special place in our hearts, so the hobbit hole he inspired is our favorite of the four: carefully crafted, elegantly appointed and as comfortable as any hobbit hole in the Shire or out of it! From the cozy loveseat by the wood stove to the sleigh bed with a sheer canopy, this place will transport you to Middle Earth. Second Breakfast is included! This is a true Bed and Breakfast, so put on the bathrobe and prepare to be pampered. And Mr. Frodo‘s room is right next door!

The Gray Fox is a luxurious stay overlooking the forest and our botanical gardens. It has a queen size bed and private bathroom with full walk in shower. Gas fireplace and wet bar with microwave and refrigerator. Flat screen tv with access to Direct Tv channels! This room accommodates two and is on the 2nd level. If available we offer its neighboring room Squirrel to be rented out as well, as the rooms can be adjoined. We deliver breakfast to your door between 8 am and 9:15 am.

The Hummingbird sleeps 3, has a King bed and a twin sofa bed. It is attached to the main common area where there is a large sitting area, and a private patio. Hummingbird has a tub, walk-in shower, gas fireplace, wet bar, microwave, and mini-refrigerator. There is Wi-Fi, DirecTV and Breakfast served hot every morning.

The Woodpecker room is located on the second floor of our lovely B&B. It features a spacious private balcony with treetop and mountain views. For sleeping, there is a king bed and twin sofa bed, accommodates 3 people. The corner two-person spa tub is next to the gas fireplace. The bath also has a walk-in shower.
