When my husband & I first saw this house, I knew it was the perfect place to escape to do my favorite thing - read. I designed it with that in mind. I could see myself reading in front of the wood-burning stove. Reading on the martini deck with coffee in hand. Reading in the afternoon light in the loft or outside on the deck. Located in the heart of Waldo, walking distance to restaurants, bakeries and bars. Brookside/Plaza are minutes away. I hope you love it as much as I do, I know you will.

Where's Waldo? - Garage Loft

This tiny loft apartment is located in an old neighborhood with big trees, and just a short walk away from Waldo shops, restaurants and bars. Easy travel to Westport, Country Club Plaza, Crossroads, River Market, Power & Light, and many more super fun KC gems. The apartment is in the space that once was our old garage, so it's attached to our home. You have a separate and private entrance, full bath with an amazing shower, a small kitchen with appliances, and a loft bedroom with ladder access.

1200 sq ft space pet friendly no cleaning or pet fee. Extra kitchen area recently added. Own entrance with patio. All pets are welcomed. Big fenced yard with a forest We have 3 dogs so we understand if we hear your dog bark as well as you might hear ours, We never complain This is a safe space for anxious dogs can bark and we understand. Enjoy a game, concert while your pet is safe. You know your pet or use our large crate. Safe Middle class home close to DT stadium highways and airport.
