Our deluxe three self-catering units are situated in a secure compound on our beautiful wine and cattle farm, Yonder Hill. This stylish home-away-from-home is perfect for group trips wanting to explore Stellenbosch winelands and the best Helderberg has to offer. Our fully equipped kitchen makes this Manor House a self-catering dream. We offer three beautifully decorated en-suite bedrooms and a cosy lounge with fireplace. There is a pool nearby to cool off in the summer months and a junglegym.

Raithby is a very popular area for mountain biking, hiking, wine tasting and the beach is only a stone’s throw away. Experience the rural scenery, tranquility of the area and friendliness of the local people.

Wine Farm Cottage

The cottage offers guests an unique opportunity to stay on a rustic working wine farm. It forms part of the farmstead of a historic wine farm, but has its own little garden with a view over vineyards. It is located on the R44 between Stellenbosch and Somerset West, which makes it the ideal place to reside when exploring the many surrounding wineries and restaurants. The road may be a bit noisy, but most guests hear birds more often than they hear cars. The cottage was built in the 1980’s.

Helderbosch The View Self-Catering Accommodation

This cosy 2-bedroom unit features a queen-size bed in the main bedroom and two three-quarter beds in the second bedroom. The bathroom boasts both a shower and a bath, with an additional guest toilet conveniently located off the lounge area. The open-plan living and dining area leads to a fully equipped kitchen, offering plenty of space for your stay. Both bedrooms and the living area open onto a private patio, complete with braai facilities and stunning views.

Self-Catering Studio Apartment

Spacious, modern studio attached to main house in Somerset West with private entrance. Features a queen bed, full kitchenette, and bathroom with shower. Enjoy uncapped Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and secure gated parking. Located next to a coffee shop, and close to shops, restaurants, and Somerset West Central. Short drive to Strand beach and Stellenbosch’s wine farms and tourist spots. Ideal for solo travelers or couples. Unfortunately not pet-friendly.

Hillside Cottage

Come and stay in our peaceful studio cottage high up on Helderberg Mountain surrounded by trees and hear the owls hooting as you fall asleep! Beautiful new cottage, with it's own deck and garden and stylishly furnished to meet your every need. And now with solar installed (April 2023) we have NO LOAD-SHEDDING! We've replaced the oven and hob with a fully gas stove so all appliances can be used during load shedding!

Stonewall guest suite

This guest suite is set on a working wine farm in the winelands between Somerset West and the historic town Stellenbosch. It is situated in what used to be the stables and has since been converted to a tasting room and guest suite. The suite consists of a big, airy room, a separate kitchenette and a bathroom. It has its own front porch with a view over the farmstead and it is adjacent to a chicken coop.
