You will have whatever you need in my 80m2 home, that can accommodate up to 6 persons and one infant. Ιt is fully equipped, with Air Condition in all 4 room and WiFi. You will enjoy the 65m2 green garden!!! Located 2' minutes' walk from port, the central market street, beach "Tarsanas" and Lycurgus Tower Museum. Short walks up to 1500m the Archaeological Museum of Pythagoreion, the Engineering Miracle "Tunnel of Eupalinos" 540BC and the "Monastery of Panagias Spilianis".

Balcony to Karlovasi

The house is located very centraly in Neo Karlovasi, a couple of minutes walk from the central square. It is in a very nice, picturesque, colourful and traditional neighborhood of the town. It is halfway uphill providing with stunning views over Karlovasi from the small yard that is just outside the house. The yard is accessible to the guests, with all the accessories (bbq, table, chairs etc). Enjoy magnificent sunsets from the yard or the front window of the house
