Our retreat is on a working farm just outside Hamlet where apricots, peaches and pears are picked & dried during the summer. Snow covers the surrounding mountains during the winter. Witzenberg Base Camp, to rejuvenate mind and soul

Witzenberg Base Camp is a paradise for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts, located on our lifestyle farm 4.5 km from Tulbagh. The camp was built with 100% recycled materials and is equipped with 12 volt solar lighting system, WIFI, USB port and on demand gas geyser. There are no plugins for electrical appliances. Kick back in peace and tranquility, surrounded by the sounds of nature and panoramic views of the magnificent Tulbagh valley. Please note the new NO PETS policy.

Ballotina, Tulbagh Cape Wineland

Situated in the mountains of Robertson, this double volume, beautifully restored Old School is a tranquil getaway for the whole family. There is a gorgeous eco pool and plenty of amenities for children. Located next to the Marloth Nature Reserve, the house is at the beginning of the Arangieskop Hiking Trail. Mountain biking, hiking, birding and river and dam access mean that there are plenty of outdoor activities for the whole family.

Nestled against the Witzenberg mountains just 9km outside the charming town of Tulbagh, is a cozy farm cottage called Hill Cottage. The farm offers a peaceful retreat where you can swim in the dam, hike amongst the proteas and enjoy the nature of the Cape. Klipspringer Mountain Cottage close to town

The Klipspringer self-catering cottage consists of an open plan kitchen and living area with a fire hearth. The spacious outdoor braai area is next to the vine covered porch which looks out onto the mountains It has three bedrooms and a bunk bed suitable for a child. For the adventurous there is a second bathroom outside, boasting a tree shower and victorian bath (with hot water), basin and toilet.

Welcome to Streamside Geodome, a truly exceptional accommodation nestled alongside a gentle stream on the enchanting La Bruyere farm, which is conveniently located near the charming town of Tulbagh. NB: This is a luxury glamping destination. Please note the cabin and bathroom are semi-enclosed and only the dome bedroom is fully enclosed. For the Winter months, please pack warm.
