The flat is located on 5th floor (with elevator) near Vyšehrad with many parks (10 mins’ walk). The flat has a lovely new terrace with table and 2 relaxing chairs. It's perfect for romantic evening with a wine glass. It's comfortable in summer thanks to air conditioning. Free parking in our yard (with camera).

Comfy apartment on the ground floor of a family house in a quiet garden residential quarter. The apartment was renovated and completely newly furnished in December 2023 suitable for short or long stays. Less than a 5 min walk is metro station allowing direct transport to the historical centre of Prague in 10-15 mins. Within a walking distance of 4-10 mins are pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, a department store, bus station. Parking in front of the house Fri-Sun free, other days for a fee.

The neighbourhood retains 'local' charm, travel to the centre is easy and there's a cool Vietnamese store next door.

There is a big shopping mall next to the house where you can find everything:a supermarket,a pharmacy,clothes,food,cafes. It takes 3min to get to metro Pražského Povstani by foot and 5min to get to the city center by metro.There is also a night bus directly from the center.We tried to provide with a microwave,an iron with a board, a washing machine,kitchen appliance,towels,cloth beds,soap and other necessary stuffs.
