Welcome to River's Rest! Situated on 4 private acres and overlooking the Cosumnes River, this cabin has it all! Swim in the river during the day and let its gentle sounds usher you off to sleep at night. Unwind with a nap in the hammock, or let your cares drift away in the hot tub/sauna. More of a doer? Check out the winery scene less than 20 minutes away in Fairplay, or head into downtown Placerville for a peek into history and a great meal. Additional highlights include pool table & Ping Pong.

In the winters enjoy a huge wood burning fire place and watch the snow fall in the big picturesque front windows & tall open beamed ceiling. We are located in a quiet neighborhood to decompress from the hustle and bustle.

Come enjoy this rustic cottage surrounded by nature on our 114 acre homestead in the Sierra Nevada Foothills. Peaceful private forest setting. Enjoy energizing walks, star gazing with the telescope, or our waterfall! Kids love our toys, obstacle course, trampoline, tetherball, basketball, and more! Try your luck panning for gold - Finders Keepers! As for snow, we get the best of both worlds. We get snow, but we don't get buried in it. Message me for latest snow conditions.

Arnold cozy cabin

Only one block off of Hwy 4, walking distance to stores and eateries. One bedroom with one double size bed and a large loft, (up the spiral staircase) with one double size bed. Sheets and Towels are provided. Nice deck for outside dining. Dog friendly! (The yard is not fenced). Note: A small air conditioner is in the living room. It is a cabin in the mountains so it will not be as toasty as home. NOTE: Verizon works, AT&T has little or no reception in this area.
