Welcome to Loomis! Our adorable single story 1 bedroom cottage is 1.5 hrs from Tahoe and San Francisco. It comes with a full kitchen, full bathroom, private bedroom and stackable full size washer and dryer. It has a pull out sofa bed in the family room making it very comfortable for a family of 4 with a queen bed in the private bedroom. We love our small town! It’s country living but so close to everything including amazing outdoor activities like hiking, biking, breweries, wineries and more.
