Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στον όροφο διώροφου κτίσματος τεσσάρων διαμερισμάτων συνολικά με κοινόχρηστο κήπο και βεράντα.Στον όροφο υπάρχει ακόμα ένα διαμέρισμα και άλλα δύο στο ισόγειο.Στην βεράντα υπάρχουν δύο σετ τραπεζαρίας εξωτερικού χώρου ,το ένα εκ των οποίων ανήκει στο διαμέρισμα. Ήσυχη γειτονιά ,δέκα λεπτά περίπου από το κέντρο της Σκάλας και 5 λεπτά από την κοντινότερη παραλία.Πολύ κοντά στο σπίτι υπάρχει δημόσιο παρκινγκ, φούρνος και super market.Επίσης καφέ και εστιατόρια.

It has two bedrooms, a spacious kitchen fully equipped with a view, a large and bright living room, a bathroom and two verandas in a row, one of which is covered. The covered terrace has a dining area and a sofa for breakfast, lunch, afternoon coffee or dinner. Also a hammock for relaxation.
